Constitutional review : San-Olu demands special status for Lagos state.

Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu Lagos state governor has demanded stats police, fiscal federalism and special economic status for Lagos state as constitutional review public hearing on Wednesday.

He made the demand on the opening of the two-day senate zonal public heating on the review of the 1999 constitution under the leadership of senator Oluremi Tinubu held at Mariot Hotel, Ikeja Lagos state.

According to him for those in Lagos state police and fiscal federalism are the top priorities for them in this ongoing review process. While stressing that the special status for the state has been sufficiently articulated and justified.
