See The Woman Who Defeated Five Men To Win APC Governorship Ticket

I want to congratulate this amazon Sen Aisha Binani for emerging the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Adamawa State.

By my own assessment, this woman empowered thousands of men, women and youths of constituency more than any politician in Nigeria! I had written about her. I had celebrated her. She is just too good!

No wonder she defeated five men to clinch the party’s ticket in the just concluded governorship primary election in the State this Friday morning. He people paid her back!

This is why she was able to defeat a former chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ribadu, immediate past governor of the State, Jibrilla Bindo, House of Representatives member, Abdulrazak Namdas, Wafari Theman and Umar Mustapha for the governorship race.

Binani is now the first woman to win the governorship candidacy of a major political party in the State.

The election, which started at about 11:30 pm on Thursday, was concluded at about 8:44 on Friday morning.

Aisha Binani: 430

Nuhu Ribadu: 288– Former EFCC, Chairman

Jibrilla Bindo: 103—-Immediate past governor

Abdulrazak Namdas: 94—Member of the House of Representatives

Umar Mustapha: 39—

Wafari Theman: 21

Her problem now is the Abubakar Atiku factor. Will she be able to defeat Atiku/PDP at the governorship election? Time will tell!
