Gov. Mbah Visits Retired Navy Chief, Ogalla

Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu State, weekend, paid a courtesy visit to retired Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ikechukwu Ogalla, the immediate past Chief of the Naval Staff, at his country home in Umuopu, Igbo-Eze North Local Government Area

Gov. Mbah described Ogalla as a model of disciplined leadership and patriotic service, highlighting his distinguished career in the Nigerian Navy, which culminated in his appointment as Chief of Naval Staff.

He said the retired naval officer’s record reflects a lifetime commitment to national security and institutional excellence.

The governor commended Ogalla and the people of Umuopu for their warm reception and reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to building an Enugu State grounded in service, excellence, and inclusive progress.
